Shipping Policy

 

This Shipping Policy forms part of the legally binding Terms and Conditions of sale between you (“the Customer”) and TheRightPrice (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

 

1. Order Acceptance & Processing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once payment has been successfully received, orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch at our sole discretion.

 

2. Dispatch & Transfer of Responsibility

Upon dispatch, responsibility for the goods transfers to the shipping carrier.

At this point:

  • The order is considered fulfilled
  • Title and risk in the goods pass to the Customer (to the extent permitted by applicable law)

You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery may take up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, depending on destination, logistics networks, and external factors.

All delivery estimates are:

  • Non-binding
  • Provided for guidance only
  • Not guaranteed delivery dates

Failure to deliver within estimated timeframes does not constitute a breach of contract.

 

4. Strict No Cancellation or Refund During Transit

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • The contract is deemed fully performed on our part
  • No cancellations, refunds, reversals, or chargebacks will be accepted while the item is in transit
  • The Customer is contractually obligated to allow the full 30-day delivery period to elapse

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute during this period may be formally contested with evidence of shipment and acceptance of these terms.

 

5. Limitation of Liability for Shipping Delays

We shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections or import restrictions
  • Carrier delays or operational issues
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Global supply chain disruptions

Such events shall not entitle the Customer to a refund, cancellation, or compensation.


6. Non-Delivery Claims Procedure

If your order has not been received after 30 days from dispatch, you must notify us in writing at [your contact email].

We will:

  • Initiate an investigation with the carrier
  • Review tracking and delivery data

Resolutions, if applicable, will be issued at our sole discretion following the outcome of the investigation.


7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is accurate at the time of purchase.

We accept no liability for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Items returned, lost, or delayed due to Customer error

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

 

8. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By placing an order, the Customer agrees:

  • Not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes
  • That proof of shipment, tracking confirmation, and acceptance of this policy constitute valid evidence in dispute proceedings

We reserve the right to:

  • Challenge and dispute any chargeback claims
  • Provide this policy as evidence to payment providers and financial institutions


9. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the USA, England and Wales.


 

 

10. Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase, the Customer confirms that they have:

  • Read, understood, and accepted this Shipping Policy
  • Agreed to the 30-day delivery timeframe
  • Accepted the no-refund policy during transit
